How do I unsubscribe from emails?

Ticketwise only sends transactional email related to your orders with us (i.e., your tickets, or receipts)

Sellers who use our software may send marketing or important information to you directly through our system. If you would like to opt-out of those emails, its very easy to do.

  • Simply log in to your Ticketwise account here:

  • Once you are logged in, click ‘Settings’ in the top menu.

  • Under ‘opt out of marketing emails’ choose ‘yes’ and click ‘update’ to save.

If you do not remember your login information, simply click the ‘forgot password’ link to reset it.

*Inside your account, you may also review your orders, adjust your contact information, and reprint or resend tickets.
