Customer FAQ
You may enter a valid discount code during the checkout process. Discount codes may be provided by the event organizer or promoter. Ticketwise does not give out discount codes. The total will be updated to reflect any discount before payment is made. Discounts cannot be applied after an order has been completed.
Based on the popularity or availability of events, many tickets cannot be exchanged once they are purchased. In the case that an alternate date is available, we will do our best to help you. Tickets cannot be exchanged less than 3 days before a performance, or after a performance has occurred.
If you need to change the name on your tickets for any reason (such as gifts, exchanges, etc.), visit the My Tickets link on our site to login to your account and make the changes. If you cannot log in, you may reset your password.
Tickets were sent to the email or phone number you provided. You may also visit the My Tickets link on our site and log in. If you do not have your login information, you may reset your password. Once you have logged in, you may view all orders and print or re-send any tickets.
