How do I use a coupon or discount code? 2017-03-18T17:52:01+00:00

You may enter a valid discount code during the checkout process.  Discount codes may be provided by the event organizer or promoter. Ticketwise does not give out discount codes. The total will be updated to reflect any discount before payment is made.  Discounts cannot be applied after an order has been completed.

How do I change the date of my tickets? 2017-03-18T17:50:30+00:00

Based on the popularity or availability of events, many tickets cannot be exchanged once they are purchased. In the case that an alternate date is available, we will do our best to help you.  Tickets cannot be exchanged less than 3 days before a performance, or after a performance has occurred.

How do I ask for a refund? 2017-03-18T17:49:33+00:00

Ticketwise is unable to offer refunds after a ticket has been purchased. However, a refund may be issued when an event is canceled.

In the unfortunate event that an event is canceled, a refund in the amount of the face value of the ticket (not including service and delivery fees) will be issued. Service and delivery fees will not be refunded. The event promoter will have control over refund availability and/or duration. Ticketwise will not be able to issue refunds until any outstanding balance and/or refunds are compensated by the event promoter.

If you need to change the name on your tickets for any reason (such as gifts, exchanges, etc.), visit the My Tickets link on our site to login to your account and make the changes. If you cannot log in, you may reset your password.

How do I view or print my tickets? 2017-03-18T17:52:23+00:00

Tickets were sent to the email or phone number you provided. You may also visit the My Tickets link on our site and log in.  If you do not have your login information, you may reset your password.  Once you have logged in, you may view all orders and print or re-send any tickets.
